Sliding Scale Fees
The standard hourly rate is $60/hour for the first session. The second session and thereafter is $75/hour if no W-2's, most recent tax return, legal letters, contracts, etc. (substantiating projected outlays of funds) are provided so that a "sliding-scale" fee determination may be made. The fee ranges from $1/minute to $2/minute on the sliding -scale as substantiated by client information provided as discussed in the preceding. In addition, special arrangements may be made for a "Special Client Payment Plan" if the family income is below $30,000/year; you have several dependents; and/or if there are unusual financial burdens at the present time with unusual known payment outlays. This will be discussed in the introductory conversation or by email with FSN. Again, W-2's, most recent tax return, and legal papers substantiating future outlays of funds must be provided to have a "sliding scale fee" or a "Special Client Payment Plan" set up, and signed. This is necessary if you want to negotiate a "Special Client Payment Plan" contract with FSN.
